Pho Che has some of the best Bun Bo Hue and viet iced coffees in the area. Some places don't even have Bun Bo Hue so if a pho place has it and does it so amazing, I gotta let you all know. I will preface and say that it is SPICY. Almost like a mala type of spice. If you can't handle mala soup at hot pot, you probably shouldn't get this. We got a lot of takeout and holy moly do they NOT skimp on the ingredients. So much meat, so much garnish. Their ice coffee is some of the best $5 you'll spend. They only have one size and it's in a tall skinny cup. Easily $8 at Starbucks. It is rich, STRONG, creamy, and flavorful for hours. It's every coffee lovers dreams. Perfect amount of sweetness every. time.

good food tasted good the bahn mi was amazing and the fries as well and in general the food is good

Pho Che has been my no fail Viet spot in Flushing since I first discovered it a few years ago. The noodles are flavorful & if you love fries, you've gotta get the Provenzal fries!!! I mean, how can you pass up deep fried fries doused in garlic & parm?! Hellooooo deliciousness! Service is quick and decor is minimal but Pho Che will satisfy your Viet cravings with full flavor.

The service was excellent! The food was fresh and well prepared. We ate a variety of dishes. Will be coming regularly

The pho broth was perfect to warm me up with so much flavor I didn't need the Hoisin or Sriracha! The true underdog was the Fries - for $8-9, you get a large serving of perfectly crispy fries, topped with fried garlic and parsley. Wouldn't have known to get fries at a pho restaurant - definitely don't miss out!

Brought my daughter to have pho for the first time this would be my second time. I really wanted the shrimp summer roll which is what really made me want to come here. We ordered it and it came with a delicious peanut sauce this was a really good appetizer I would come back just for this. It was fresh made well we both enjoyed it! While looking at the menu I also wanted to try the vegetable dumplings. They were fried very hard and did not taste good to me at all, my daughter didn't mind them but I sat pass. For drinks my daughter ordered a coconut milk with brown sugar boba and I got a peach soju which I did enjoy. For our main my daughter got the chicken pho with beef broth and I got the shrimp with vegetable broth for myself. They gave us a plate of bean sprouts and cut up Jalapeños to add to our soup. On the table there is chili, siracha and hoisin sauce that you can also add to your soup. We added everything which made it nice and spicy. They do offer two sizes small and large but being that it was only $1 more I went with the large for both of us. The place is overall not very big but comfortable. The service was ok could have been better being that it was not busy at all.

Pho Che is a casual Vietnamese restaurant located on Northern Blvd. Parking is limited in front of the store, so you may need to look on the side streets or pay at the meter. The three dishes I often order are French Fries Provenzal, House Special Combo Pho Noodle Soup, and Spring Rolls. The fries are absolutely divine with all the garlic they put. The spring rolls are on the smaller side and expensive for 4 pieces, but it gets the job done. The spring rolls come with fish sauce on the side. I haven't tried the Summer Rolls yet, but it is on my list. Last but not least is the House Special Combo Pho. This dish comes with rice noodles, brisket, tendon, and meatballs. It is garnished with onion, scallion, and cilantro and comes with a side of beansprouts, basil (requested), and lime. Sometimes, they give you lemon, which isn't the same as a lime. The flavor of the pho is consistent each time and can warm you up on a cold winter day. As for services, the staff here are pretty friendly, and the service is decent. Sometimes, they do forget about you, so make sure to flag them down. When it was very busy, I was able to put my order in before being seated. This made the food come out pretty quickly. I frequently come here with my friends and family, and although it is run by Koreans, I would say that the dishes I tried are pretty delicious. I have yet to try their banh mi and rice dishes, but I hope to try them in the near future.
